No introductions, please

One year ago, I barely cooked twice a month. These days I'm averaging three days a week - and actually enjoying it (!) I won't say the secret is to get married, but... that's what did the trick for me.
This was the pretty little number I dished up this evening.

I asked my husband to send me some ideas and this was one of them.


This was my very first encounter with kale and I'm quite happy with how it turned out. :) Does anyone else have a kale recipe or dish that you particularly enjoy?
